This is a two part problem.
My problem is with my wifes Laptop.
She has Outlook 2003 installed on the machine and when she sends an e-mail
the mail does not delete from the outbox. I know Outlook is sending the mail
as I sent some test e-mails to people asking them to reply if they received
the message and everyone I sent e-mails to replyed that they received the
message.
Could you please tell me how I can get Outlook to delete the message from
the outbox once it is sent?
One note help said to check for Add ins as some of them can cause the
problem. My wifes Outlook does not have any addins in it.
The second problem is her Outlook stopped sending and receiving
automatically it was doing it for some time and now it has stopped.
Could you tell me how to get Outlook to send/receive at specified intervals
it has been so long since I have done anything with outlook I forgot where to
look to do this.
We were having some network problems and printing problems and I did have to
change some of the computer settings under the instruction of technicians
from both the company we bought the computer from and the company that we
bought our router from. The problem started after we corrected the printing
and network problem.
