Outlook 2003 OutDial Feature

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the autodial feature of Microsoft outlook 2003
exchange.

This is my setup:

I am connecting the analogue line with the internal modem of the laptop. I
click auto dial and press start call. the number is dialed successfully but
when the other person pick up the telephone I can hear the other end but the
person that I called is not hearing me.

I am getting confused with the pop up after clicking on 'Start call'. (The
'Talk' and 'hang up' pop window.) it tells you lift receiver to talk and to
disconnect click 'hang up'. but when I click 'Talk' nothing is happening.

What might be the problem?
