Outlook 2003 - Outlook 2003 video email add on

I have a firewire camera that my Xp desktop SP1 sees. Howeevr when I click
on camera in Outlook 2003, it keeps saying it can not find the USB camera.

How do I get the firewire camera to be able to be used by the Microsoft
Outlook add on where you can send and recieve video email?
