Outlook 2003 - Outlook Address Book Contacts folder bad

The Contacts folder is empty/bad and gives a message about "it being
previously deleted ...."

Went into Tools, Address Book, Outlook Address book, Contacts, but cannot
delete the bad Contacts folder as it doesn't appear, and the Outlook Address
Book appears, but cannot delete as clicking on File it shows Delete greyed
out.

I was able to add another Contacts folder that has the users personal
contacts (named it Contacts1) and added it to the Outlook Address Book just
fine.

This is our Chief Operating Officers PC, so I would appreciate any help in
resolving this.

Sorry, I was looking in the wrong place...should have gone to e-mail
accounts, view or change existing directories or address books.
