Outlook 2003 - Palm Hotsync Error

Since installing Outlook 2003 Beta 2 I have been having
issues using Hotsync with my Palm. I have removed and
reinstalled both programs a couple of times. Major
problems began following addition of latest upgrade from
Beta site last week - now HotSync will not work at all.
Any suggestions?

Does Hotsync/Palm sw purport to work with OL2003?
Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the Palm software?
