Outlook 2003 - paragraph spacing

My email formatting is set to the "Auto" setting in the paragraph spacing and
it's making my messages look double-spaced. How can I set my mail to a
default of "0" spacing? I've figured out if I change the Style, that works,
but I don't want to have to do that for each email I write.

Stop using Word as your editor or change the settings in Word, not Outlook.
