I used to be able to paste screenshots into Outlook 2003. We are not nor
have we ever used Word as our email editor. The format for our email is
HTML. When I take a screen shot and then paste it, all I get is the box with
the red X in it. To get the picture to show up I have to switch over to rich
text format. Has anyone else experienced this? We have Exchange Server
2003, Office 2003.
