Outlook 2003 Phone number format mask

I am having problems in outlook 2003 a Phone number mask
od format of (123)456-7890 is what is desired a have set
dialing properties in outlook and in Control pannel phone
modem to area code 541 I have set the regional setting
in control pannel to United States but their is no entry
their for phone numbers even in the advanced section I
expect to enter 12345467890 and have ir formatted or
masked to (123) 456-7890 Thanks in Advance Chuck

Clarify the settings for your default dialing location in Control Panel
Phone and modems. Do you have others?
