Q
Hi All,
I have a problem with Outlook 2003. When I print some emails with long lines
from Outlook 2003, the printed message is so small that it is unreadable.
I found some information at http://suppport.microsoft.com/kb/932538, they
said that I should ask for a hotfix from Microsoft. I got the hotfix from
them, after I run the hotfix, I still could not print properly. Also, the
article said that after I apply the hotfix, I can configure the
specifications of the "Scale to Fit" feature works in Outlook 2003 and in
Outlook Express, I can do it in Registry Editor, locate the following
registry key, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_STF_Scale_Min. But I could not find the
registry key after I installed the Hotfix file.
I asked Microsoft by sending back an email, nobody reply me.
Does anybody know how to fix the problem?
Thanks a lot.
