Outlook 2003 - prints blank page after printing first page

I am printing to a photocopier from Outlook 2003. When I print a single page
email I get a second blank page even when I click on the "print 1 page only"
button.
All is ok when I am printing 2 pages of email information, I do not get a
third sheet of paper. The test page from my printer driver prints a single
page only. This happens in Outlook only, not in any other programme. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
