Outlook 2003 Problem after SP-1 Installation

When adding a new user account I get the following message when starting
Outlook 2003: "The operation failed due to an installation problem. Restart
Outlook and try again. If the problem persists please reinstall." I have
two existing user accounts that work fine, but these were created before the
SP-1 installation.

Do I need to uninstall/reinstall? If so, will I lose existing outlook info
in the existing accounts?
