Outlook 2003 problem with "Sources"

Hi,
I am using Exchange 2003, and clients are Outlook 2003 and I am having
problem with planning a new meeting with "Sources". My sources are firm
cars, each car is a user in "AD" and each have its own mailbox. I login as
each car and change the outlook settings, so it have to work as a "Source".
When I try to make a meeting and want to take the car as a source it always
says something like:

"Sorry You can not make a repeating meeting with this source!"

But I really dont make repeating meeting. And next time when I look on the
settings what I made in "Source" profile Outlook, the settings is deleted!

Any help?
