Outlook 2003 problem

I am having problems opening forwarded emails. There is an envelope icon
attached to the message and when I double-click on it nothing happens. I've
even gone back to saved messages that I have been able to open the attachment
previously and now cannot open it. I am in need of assistance.

My guess is that you have Google Desktop Search installed. This is known
behaviour of the version of GDS that you're using. You should either disable
the integration with Outlook or upgrade to a newer version.
If this is not the case, please post back.
