outlook 2003 problem

Client has Office 2003 installed on a Windows XP computer. We are running
exchange 2000. Problem with Outlook 2003. She will open outlook and it
synchs up with the Exchange server fine but when she goes to send e-mail or
hits send/receive button gets the following error: "0x80040600 Unknown
Error Outlook 2003" I have connected to her account via OWA with no
problem. I have also uninstalled/reinstalled and even run the fix (or
update ?) for the outlook install hoping that it would fix the issue to no
avail. The error seems to be sporadic. She will work fine for several days
and then this will start again.
