Outlook 2003 - problematic fonts?

Hello,

I've recently encountered a problem which's rather strange:
no matter what fonts, and color of those fonts, I define - when I write a
new email, my sig' appears in different colors than those I previously
defined.
Word is my editor, btw.

I checked all known options of the outlook, but cannot find a solution.
I know of a "mail.dot" or something like that which is Word's "template" and
there u could change the color\font (though Ive tried it b4 and it didnt
help\work).

any ideas, anyone?
