Outlook 2003 Problems after Unistalling Office 2007

After testing Office 2007, we decided not to move forward, and I reinstalled
Outlook 2003 on my machine (I had left the remainder of the Office 2003 Suite
installed during the test). We are using a hosted Exchange server.

I was having several problems:

1. Other users were getting invites from me "on behalf of ‘Unknown’â€. When
they accepted invite, the invitation bounced back as user ‘Unknown’ was not
in address book.
2. I could not reply to certain emails, and new meeting requests sometimes
generated the response “The messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.â€
3. When I synched my Outlook after testing functionality in OWA, I got the
error: “Task ‘Microsoft Exchange’ reported error (0x80004005): ‘The operation
failed.’â€
I do not see the Global Address book when adding contacts to emails or
calendar entries.
4. These problems pertain to Outlook 2003 only; OWA seems to be working
fine.

So far, I have:

1. Repaired Outlook using Add/Remove programs
2. Reinstalled Office using Add/Remove programs
3. Removed Office using Add/Remove programs, and re-installed from disk.

I'm completely at a loss as to how to proceed.
