Outlook 2003 problems with Junk Mail Filter

I have a user running Outlook 2003 with exchange 2000. If I turn on the
cashe mode for the junk mail she gets nothing. Reseach suggested to clean up
her mailbox which I did and it worked ok for about 3 days, then mail was
stopped again. Her mailbox size is 97,708 kb and has 10 subfolders created.
(I have others much larger with not problems) I can't seem to find a
solution. Any help would be appreciated. Ansley

And in the right bottom corner of Outlook it states that it is connected to
Exchange?
Locate the ost-file for her profile and rename it to .old to reset the
cache. Start Outlook and let it resynch.

I can't seem to find the ost file, searching for *.ost... where should I find
this file?

Usually in %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
