I can send/receive emails with my dial-up account in Outlook. I can not send
receive my Outlook 2003 email on a wireless network. If I need to set up an
additional email acount, I need step by step instructions to do it. Any help
on this is appreciated ahead of time.

Open Outlook, Press F1, lookup the term Add Account, click link, read
instructions.

Clicking on F1 did not come up with any results. Should I go into Tools in
Outlook to add Email accounts? Is this what you are referring to? I will
await your reply.

Thanks for all your assistance Bob. I use numerous different wireless
networks while traveling. When setting up the new e-mail account it ask for
the server type, with the options being Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3,
IMAP, HTTP, & additional Server Types.

Yes, you need to know the "server type" before you start "Outlook". Who
do you have the email account with? You will need to contact whoever has
the server with your e-mail. We can't know the answer, it could be any
of them.
