Outlook 2003 PST Files

Does anyone know how to prevent users from creating PST files. I'm just
about to start rolling out Office 2003 to our user base and want to prevent
them from using PST files.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

There's a group policy for this and a DisablePST registry entry (look it up in the MSKB). I need to do a little more research to determine whether it also makes it impossible to archive.
