Let’s set up a scenario…Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 with many public
folders and subfolders.
Public Folders
- Test1
- Procedures
- Scopes of Work
- Utlities
- Test2
- Procedures
- Utilities
…etc
OK, I have a number of Exchange public folders in my Outlook Favorites
(including all subfolders). Is it possible (without going through each one
separately) to keep only select subfolders, such as only keeping the
Procedures subfolder in the example above? Or do I need to go through and
remove all of my favorites and add just the subs that I want?
Also, in this scenario above, can I set up Outlook to automatically add to
my favorites say only the Procedures subfolder for Test3 (in the example
below) whenever someone else in my org creates a new public folder?
- Test3
- Procedures
- Scopes of Work
…etc
Basically, I want to keep in sync with all Procedures subfolders on our
organization without having to go through hundreds of public folders to see
if any are newly added.
Thanks for any assistance…
