Outlook 2003 Quirks

I upgraded from XP to 2003. When I hit the test button in
the mail server configuration sections, everything passes
and a test message is received by my POP3 account. When I
attempt to receive mail from my POP3 account, I get errors
indicating Outlook cannot connect to the POP3 server. Any
ideas?
