Outlook 2003 re-install problem

I've had to re-install Outlook 2003 along with the rest of my Office package. Since the new install was completed, when I open Outlook, it open's three Outlook windows at once. Since I have Outlook set up to start with Inbox, there are three Inbox windows open. I've never had this problem before in any version. I also did NOT have any problems during install. Does anyone have any suggestions??
