Outlook 2003 Reading Pane Problem

I have a user that has access to her 2 attorney's inboxes. When she clicks
on the message, she gets a grey screen in the reading pane (located at the
bottom like the XP configuration), and a message that states "This item
cannot be displayed in the reading pane. Open the item to read its
contents." She does not get this for her own inbox. If we remove the
attorney from her mailbox folder listing and then re-add him, she gets the
preview pane working, until she closes outlook and goes back into it. Then
it is gone again. We have swapped her machine with a freshly imaged machine
and have completely recreated her network profile. Deleted her local outlook
profile as well. I don't know what to do next. She is the only person
having this issue and the issue and if she logs into another machine the
issue does not travel with her. We have given her a new machine which worked
for a couple of days and then the issue returned. I would appreciate any
suggestions as to what to do next.
Thanks

Are both users working with Outlook 2003? Are they both fully up-to-date?
Try starting Outlook with the /cleanviews switch. This will reset all her
views to default;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanviews

This is exactly what you'd see if the message were encrypted. Encrypted
messages should be readable only by the intended recipient. Does the
message have a blue lock on the message icon?

None of their messages are viewable in the reading pane. She can open the
item and read it just fine that way.
