Outlook 2003 Redirect Rule Not Working

(Exchange 2000 Server) Made new rule to redirect all msgs after arrival in
inbox. Rule does not apper to run on any msg. This same rule (different
Computer and redirect address) runs just fine. Have tried on two different
exchange accounts on two different computers, no go. Any suggestions???
