I opened Outlook 2003... happily... then I closed Outlook.
Outlook stays at the taskbar.
I tried to reopen Outlook by:
1) Clicking on the taskbar icon.
2) Clicking on the program shortcut.
All attempts failed. Only solution was to Ctrl-Alt-Del, end process
"OUTLOOK.exe" and restart Outlook
Error ballon appears when clicking on taskbar icon:
"Outlook is not responding. If you are using an Exchange server e-mail
account, you can cancel pending server requests by clicking the Outlook icon
in the notifications area, and then clicking Cancel Server Request on the
shortcut menu."
** There is no Exchange service configured **
