I have a user who has an extremely large mailbox (2,000 unread and who knows
how many read), who recently stopped having the ability to see the
Reply/Forward Arrows in the icons. In OWA the user can see them.
1. I have created a new profile on the user's laptop and it has the same
issue.
2. I have created a second profile using my credentials and under my mail
profile it works fine on the user's desktop (ruling out a corrupt outlook).
3. Then made another new profile on the user's desktop and the user still
cannot see the arrows.
4. When trying to sort by selecting the Icon Field it would error out (Of
course I didn't document the error message exactly)
5. The icons under the user's profile appear to be smaller than normal.
