Outlook 2003 Reset profile

We are developing Outlook 2003 for deployment and in case users run into
trouble down the road we have a shortcut that can Reset their mail profile
(Exchange 2003) by executing the PRF file that we created. The profile runs
beatifully but the only issue we have is that the profile insantly starts
Outlook and we were woundering if their was a command switch to reset the
profile but not start Outlook right away??????????
