Outlook 2003 Retrieving deleted folders

I need to retrieve a personal folder but it exceeds my size limit. I deleted
it by accident as I was trying to create more space. And I deleted it from my
deleted folder. Is there anyway I can retrieve this folder?

If you are on a network with Exchange the administrators may be able to
retrieve this for you.
