Outlook 2003 reverting to old signature....

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have previously created a signature using an HTML
file and assigned it to my email address in Outlook. I have removed that
signature from my mail format option for my email address, then edited the
signature html file and assigned it to my email address in the mail format
options. However, when I create an email it still uses the old signature
which no longer exists, the old HTML file has been modified for my new
signature.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can make it used the modified /
new signature HTML file?
