We are running Outlook 2003 SP3 with Exchange 2003. We have a rule on an
inbox that is set to have the server respond to incoming messages with a
specified message, i.e. "Your order has been received..." The issue is that
the response works for internal addresses, but the response will not be sent
when a message is received from outside our network. Is this being logged
somewhere? What is my best bet to troubleshoot this?
