Outlook 2003 Rule Not Working Right

Rule 'from people or distribution list' to filter off '(e-mail address removed)'
which is an Exchange account (as all others are too) and the IT person
monitors (e-mail address removed) so when this IT person sends me email from
(e-mail address removed) it get filtered into same folder! How do I fix
this? TIA - Dan
