Hello all,
I have an odd problem at my hand and I am unable to find the answer.
Here is the situation: I am running a Exchange server that hosts three
domains.
Originally it hosted Dom1, later we added Dom2 and even later we added Dom3.
Each Active Directrory user has email addresses @Dom1, @Dom2, @Dom3.
All was good until we decided to retire Dom1 and Dom2, we wish to set a rule
that will take any email sent to @Dom1 and @Dom2 email address and reply with
a specific template.
Oddly enough it works for Dom2 and it works for Dom1 internally (ie user 1
sends an email to user2@Dom1). Externally I send email from (e-mail address removed) to
user@Dom1, but nothing happens, outlook does not seem to care and process the
rule.
All outlook clients are running in MS Exchange cached mode.
I am open to any suggestion.
This issue is not limited to one PC, it is all accros the domain.
