Outlook 2003 Rules Won't Run on Vista

My laptop was just upgraded to Vista and Office 2007. However, I still must
run Outlook 2003 until we upgrade from Exchange 5.5. Ever since this
upgrade, my Outlook rules will not run--even when I run them manually. I
have deleted and recreated them and they still will not run.

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
