We are using Exchange with Outlook 2003. Using the Outlook rules feature, we
are forwarding all incoming emails (external and internal) from person A to
person B. Rule is only set to forward, nothing else. Some but not all
emails are being forwarded. On person A's computer, emails that have been
forwarded are showing up as being "read" while those not forwarded remain
unread. Any way to keep all incoming emails on person A as unread regardless
if they are forwarded or why some are and some are not being forwarded?
