When I open a word document and change it to print duplex it only
keeps this setting while this document is open, which is normal. So
if I changed it to print duplex when I close the document and reopen
it it will pick my default printer settings, which is single sided.
That works great, when outlook is not open. I have the box check that
says "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages". With
that box check when I change a setting, say to duplex and close the
document and re open it, it should go back to a single page but it
holds the setting to duplex. If I uncheck the box in outlook it works
correctly but that isn't really an option. Does anyone know how I can
fix this? The computer specs are:
Windows XP with all updates installed
Office 2003 Professional with all updates installed
Printer: HP P2015
Thanks for your help.
