One of the users for a new customer of ours is experiencing problems with
Outlook 2003. Occasionally, they will receive the following message:

"Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by
others. However, there is a problem with the site's security certificate.
The security certificate is from a trusted certifying authority
The security certificate date is valid
The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name
of the site. Do you want to proceed?

This doesn't seem to occur all the time, just periodically. However, no
other users on the network (all connected to the same Exchange Server)
experience any issues.
I believe the company does use OWA, but this error is occuring when the user
uses Outlook 2003.
Please can anyone shed any light on this. I've read it may be something to
do with root certificates, but am not sure.
