Outlook 2003 Security Warning

I have just re-installed the Outlook 2003 beta following a number of
problems with my initial installation where the program would just hang. Now
every time I send an email I get a security warning that an application is
trying to access my address book. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Do you have ICQ or any third party program installed that can use Outlook
data?
