outlook 2003 security

HI,

i need to adjust the security of outlook 2003 to allow a program to send
mail through outlook without getting the warning dialog box
is this possible?

The program has to be written in a way that complies with the security or
bypasses it, you can't change the security at a user level. If this is your
application see http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=52 or point the
program developer at that link to see what your options are since Outlook
