Hello,
In Outlook 2003 I set "send and receive" to 20 min .
On my computer I also have "ZoneAlarm" installed which I set to "block
internet access" if no activity
for 15 min.
My problem is that when I leave Outlook 2003 running in the background,
after ZoneAlarm has blocked internet access,
and I manually restore the connection, Outlook can not recognize that the
Internet Access has been restored.
I click "Send and Receive" and the tasks keep accumulating in the window.
I have to shut down and restart Outlook 2003 in order for it to see the
connection again.
Even the free Outlook Express is not doing this kind of "choking", is it
possible to have Outlook 2003
do the same thing ?
Is there a free email support from Microsoft for Office 2003. I already paid
enough for the application and I don't
feel that I have to pay extra for email support when there is a problem with
the application itself.
Thanks
