Outlook 2003: send/receive freezes at 50%

Hello,
everything was OK until yesterday, when send/receive started to stop at 50%
and I get time out 0x8004210A error. Using SP2, Windows firewall and Nod32
antivirus, but I changed nothing there.
All suggestions welcome :)
