Outlook 2003 Send/Receive Issue

After 3 hrs of help with HP support, Outlook 2003 was installed on my new
Notebookby their tech support. Now, everytime the system receives/sends
e-mails I get a box on the screen with the following info.

Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003
Prepare to Install
Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Edition
2003


It repeats and repeats. How do I stop it? They say they can't help me now
without paying. I've only had this notebook for 1 week.
