Outlook 2003 Sending Multiple Copies

My Outlook 2003 sometimes sends multiple copies of large files. For example
I have tried forwarding a 5MB file (.WMV) and the people that I have sent it
to are telling me they are receiving 18 copies.

Anyone else come across this?

Maybe it is timing out and resending. 5 Mb is a bit too big for email. I'd
look into other methods of sharing a 5 Mb file. Try with smaller files or
possibly increase the server timeout. Also disable any antivirus email
integration.
