Many ISPs have stopped using Port 25 as the SMTP server and have changed it.
Check with your ISP web site for their current server setup directions.

How to ask a question:

After furious head scratching, nwin6149 asked:
| The cable company is how I get online and also my ISP and I can go to
| their website and SEND and receive mail...so I know it is an outlook
| 2003 problem. I have used this same ISP for over 5 years and this
| problem only started yesterday.
|
| Any other suggestions??

|| Is krausonline.com the cable company or are you using the cable

||
|| If the latter, it may be that the cable company has decided to

||
|| If that fits, try changing Outlook's settings to use your cable
