My Outlook 2003 will tie itself up trying to send a non-existent message. By
non-existent message, I mean there are no messages in the Outbox waiting to
be sent. It does this rather frequently. Most of the time closing Outlook
and re-booting the computer re-sets whatever is hung up, but after a while
it goes right back to the same old thing. Any suggestions?
