Outlook 2003: Sent Email goes into drafts folder

Hi, when I send an email it goes into my drafts folder and the message is
never sent. I then have to go into my drafts folder, open the message and do
another send - at this time the message goes. Any suggestions on what's
going on? This is a recent problem - it used to work before.
