Outlook 2003 - Set Auto reply

How do i set up an Auto reply for the additional mailbox which is mapped to
my profile. I want the auto reply to be set for all the emails that arrives
in the additional mailbox. Is it possible?

You can do this via OWA or by creating a separate mail profile where that
mailbox is the default mailbox.

I did create a new mail profile for the additional mailbox and then set the
rules. But still i do not get any auto reply.
What could be the reason?

Yes are very much correct. This is my exact problem.
I had also created the rule in a same manner as mentioned by you. using,
have server reply using specific template.
Yes, both my Outlook Profile is configured to connect to Exchange Server
through Exchange Mode.

As you have mentioned "If yes, for Exchange Server to auto-reply to message
from external sender, we need to have "Allow automatic replies" option
enabled on Exchange Server."

I will be receiving emails mainly from ther internal users itself. Basically
my project related people will only be sending me emails to that additinal
mailbox.


I tried setting rules from my main outlook profile, since that didnt work. I
also tried to login once again with the additional profile and then set the
rule there. However, it didnt work.
