An Outllook 2003 user A has shared folders in his Echange mailbox,
giving to user B the following permissions:
Mailbox: folder visible
Inbox: Reviewer
Subfolder Test1 of Inbox: Reviewer
Subfolder Test2 of Mailbox: Reviewer
Other Outlook 2003 users can open and see the user A's Inbox and Test1
and Test2 folders and close them again.
Outlook 2007 user B can open user A's Inbox and can see the Inbox
contents in the right pane. However, none of user A's folders is
visible in the navigation pane, and user A's Inbox cannot be closed.
