Hello!
I work in an environment that is large enough to support multiple secured
Microsoft Exchange servers and all of us are on Windows XP, using Outlook
2003. My boss and I are trying to share folders back and forth and are having
issues.
He has three profiles and I am able to access all of the things that he has
shared from one of them (he has only tried sharing things from one of them,
though).
I only have one profile and I have given share access to my calendar and
task list to all three of his profiles. He has not been able to access either
of those folders. Everytime that he tries to connect to my data, he is asked
for a logon and password from my mail server.
1. My information is all on my server (instead of in personal folders on my
machine).
2. I have given "folder visible' rights to all of his profiles.
3. Neither one of us is using the 'Cached Exchange' mode.
Can anyone provide suggestions for what will be causing that password
requirement?
Thanks!
Ron
