Office XP Outlook shortcuts acted like a speed-dial to take you to the folder
location. The 2003 version only opens mail content of the specified shortcut
folder so, if you use sub folders or a folder heirarchies, the shortcut is
useless. XP method is much more efficient, particularly in a professional
environment.
