I have a user running Outlook 2003 SP2. For unknown reasons the user's
Outlook Shortcuts just spontaneously appear and multiply with no effort on
the user's part. We delete them and then each time Outlook is opened new
shorcuts appear. Most of these are shortcuts to Public Folders that the
user may have viewed in the past. I can find nothing about this phenomenon
in the MS Knowledge Base. Any ideas what's going on?
